Summary:
 [Modnet] LongDataType = 1 is not being implemented when my Citect.ini file is in the BIN directory. This is not a consistent issue and occurs on some machines but not others.

Solution:
 This has been confirmed to be an issue, and is being investigated. The workaround is to ensure that your citect.ini file is located in the %systemroot% directory (C:\Windows). This issue has been resolved in CitectSCADA v7.1.
