This error can occur when a write is
being performed before a user is logged in. With the introduction
of enhance security measures in V7.10 a user must be logged in
before tags can be written to. Therefore a user must be create in
the project and logged in before any means of writing to tags be
performed (Cicode, reports etc.). Alternatively this behaviour can
be changed by changing editing the [LAN] citect.ini parameters but
a full understanding of the implications must be acknowledged
before doing so. Please read the security addendum available on the
installation disk for more information.
