Bug 49404 - Problem with drop-down menus in CSV menu navigation on a touch screen PC.

Keyboard Commands (ENTER) does not register following a pop-up box / menu

When a popup menu is dismissed/cancelled by clicking away from it, the enter key no longer works properly.
Specifically, you need to either press the Escape key, or click something that captures keyboard focus. 
These problems have now been fixed.

This fix can be applied to other versions.
