Use Dynamic -> Animation -> Bar to create a bar graph. It is sometimes used to fill rectangular tanks. Only a regular rectangle shape can be used to create a bar (either Draw -> Rectangle or Draw -> Panel)
The rectangle or Panel will be filled dynamically with the bar/
1. Draw a Rectangle or Panel
2. . Then use Right Click - > Dynamic -> Bar Up
Arrow. (or Left, Right or Down).
Note - Up arrow will fill from the bottom to top.
Left Arrow will fill from Left
Right Arrow will fill from Right
Down arrow will fill from top
3. Enter the Tag Name.
4. Select Alarm Colors or Multi-State.
5. Select the appropriate colors.
Note - Multi-state allows you to change color for different Fill Levels either in Engineering Units or Percent of Scale.
6. Select OK.
Hint - If the object is selected, type simudyn on the Status bar to test the Bar animation.
Note - Arc, polygons, pies, Lines, Polylines, Circles and Ellipses can not be used with bar. Only Rectangles and Panels can be bars
Remember to Save the BGR and Save DRW. You must Download Graph to have clients see the changes.
