10.3.3.1        Shift  Key Cursors

Name

Description and context

TrackCopy

Cursor to copy the selected object.  Used with the Shift key

1.      Select object by clicking once with mouse.

2.      Hold Shift key and move crosshair to top-center-square or bottom-center-square of selected object.

3.      TrackCopy cursor appears indicating you can copy object. 

4.      Hold Left Mouse button, move cursor to new location.

5.      Release left mouse button to create a copy.

TrackFlip

Cursor to flip the selected object.  Used with the Shift key

1.      Select object by clicking once with mouse.

2.      Hold Shift key and move crosshair to corner square.

3.      TrackFlip cursor appears indicating you can flip object. 

4.      Hold Left Mouse button, move cursor to new location.

5.      Move cursor up-down to Flip Vertically.

6.      Move cursor right-left to Flip Horizontally.

7.     Release left mouse button to create a copy.

TrackRotate

Cursor to rotate the selected object.  Used with the Shift key

1.      Select object by clicking once with mouse.

2.      Hold Shift key and move crosshair to a corner-square of selected object.

3.      TrackRotate cursor appears indicating you can rotate object. 

4.      Hold Left Mouse button, move cursor to new location. Object rotates as you move mouse.

5.      Release left mouse button to redraw object.
