Description: (Supported by only some device Types including: LANSTAR I) Updates all constant scan IO tags on current display. Interrupts normal scanning by communications driver to include immediate request for update of tags on current display. This replaces the "spacebar update" from StarView. Note that Display Scan tags are updated when screen is called or refreshed.
