To Delete a Unit or a Recipe from within a Recipe File, use the Delete Unit Name or Delete Recipe Name from the Recipe List page.

If you select Delete Unit Name or Delete Recipe Name You will be given a list of each Unit in every Recipe File or a list of Each Recipe Name in every Recipe File.
