15.5.2         Exit from Windows Title Bar (Close Window)

If the Windows Title Bar is enabled, click on the X at the top right of the Window.

This is the same way you close windows programs. 

It is possible the Display Group is configured to hide the Windows Title Bar (Popup Window Without Title).
