22.4.1         No Icon in Taskbar (Webvrpcs.exe won't start)

After reboot, you should see the WebAccess Icon  in the taskbar next to the system clock on the SCADA Node and Project Node.

There should be a shortcut in the All-Users Start-up folder that starts webvrpcs.exe.   A TCP Port that is used by another application can prevent the web RPC services from starting.
