4.2.31.20   Dev Lo Priority

Deviation Alarm Low Priority is the relative importance of the alarm.  The Higher the Priority, the Higher the Importance is of the alarm.  Alarm Priority is also used to filter alarms on the alarm summary.  Deviation Alarms can be asymmetrical.  Low Deviation is the negative difference between the tag and the reference tag.  This is the idea of the tag decreasing below its setpoint.
