Latest Alarm. Tag name with the most recent alarm. It is global to all SCADA nodes. If the most recent alarm is UNACKNOWLEDGED, tag name will flash red ( e.g. Tagname flashing red) . If most recent alarm is ACKNOWLEDGED, returns tag name in steady red (e.g. FI2004 steady red). If NO ALARMS, returns a BLANK. string.
