System Total Tag Count. Describes the number of Tags configured on the SCADA Node. This is useful for Licensing diagnostics. Includes IO Tags, Constant Tags, Accumulation Tags, Calculation Tags and System Point Tags. Does not include Local Tags (i.e. screen tags). IO tags are read from PLCs, Controllers, RTUs, over communication ports.
