5.2.4.20        Display Digits (Integer and Decimal)

Parameter Display Digits defines the initial display format for the value of tags and blocks created using this parameter. 

Display Digits (Integer) defines the whole number integer part of the tag's value and defines the number of digits displayed before the decimal point. For example, a value of 4 will show values from 0 to 9999

Display Digits (Decimal) defines the decimal fractional part of the number and the number of digits displayed after the decimal point. For example, a value of 4 will show values from .0001 to .9999 

The maximum display field size is 15 digits calculated as the sum of Display Integer + Display Decimal
