Alarm colors, the Alarm Summary Display, Alarm Log and Alarm Group Displays are standard features that can be customized by engineers and technicians to modify alarm colors, and flashing behavior from the default displays.
The Point Info Dialog Box always shoes and unacknowledged alarm as RED FLASHING and an ACKNOWLEDGED ALARM as steady red. All other displays can be modified to show different alarm colors and flash.
For example, some user color-code alarms by Alarm Type: red for high-high alarms, orange for high yellow for low alarms.
