useful to disable alarms under special conditions (e.g., during

Each alarm maintains a time stamp of the last significant activity,
along with the value of the tag at that time. You can select the
type of activity that updates the time stamp:
- Activation/Norm
(default): The time when the dead band ended — that is, when the
alarm becomes activated or normalized.
- Last Tag Change:
The time when the value of the tag last changed during the dead
band.
- Start Condition:
The time when the dead band started.
