By default, translation is enabled for all
screen objects that have text to be translated. However, you can
disable translation of selected objects if you need to preserve
their original text.
- Double-click a screen
object to open its Object
Properties dialog.
- In the dialog, look for
the Enable translation
option. If the option is not available in the object's basic
properties, then click Advanced
to access the advanced properties
- Clear the Enable translation option.
- Close the Object Properties dialog.
Once the option is cleared on an
object, its text will no longer be translated during project
runtime. The text is still added to the translation table and may
be processed though the automatic translation engine, along with
all other project texts, but the resulting translation will not
actually be applied to the object during runtime.
