Download the Client Plug-in from the Project you are trying to connect to be sure your software version matches.

For example at the DEMO it is at:

If you cannot find the Download Link,
enter:
http://demo.broadwin.com/broadWeb/WebAccessClientSetup.exe
Replace demo.broadwin.com with the IP address of your project Node.
