The first time you try to connect to VIEW or DRAW, you will be prompted to download and install the Client Plug-in.

If you get this message, just follow the steps to download and install the client. If you need more information about downloading and installing the client plug-in, please refer to Appendix in this manual section for a step-by- step instructions on How to download and install the client plug-in.
The Client Plug-in is about 4 megabytes and contains the ActiveX control for Internet Explorer (and a Navigator Plug-in). The setup file that you download is a self-extracting setup program named WebAccessClientSetup.exe.
