Selecting the Advanced Button allows you to filter alarms, by Priority, Alarms on Remote SCADA Node(s), Alarms Local to this SCADA node, Acknowledge or Unacknowledged State.

The Filter of alarms applies only if you stay on the Alarm Summary display. If you go to another Graphic and come back, all alarms are displayed.
