Position the mouse pointer over an unused portion of the screen.
Right-click and point to Configure. The Configure menu appears.
Select Scroll Values from the Configure menu. The Edit Scroll Rates dialog box appears.
NOTE: If the Scroll Values option is unavailable, application defaults are restricting you from configuring the display scroll rate.
In the Regular Scroll Rate field, enter the regular scroll rate.
Select a unit for the regular scroll rate from the Scroll Rate Unit buttons. For example, to set the scroll rate to minutes, select the Minutes button.
In the Fast Scroll Rate field, enter the fast scroll rate.
Select a unit for the fast scroll rate from the Fast Scroll Rate Unit buttons. For example, to set the fast scroll rate to hours, select the Hours button.
Click OK to accept your entries.
