Before you can construct statements or schemas, you must have a database connection established. The connections to the databases are handled through the Proficy Portal Administration utility.
To create a connection to a database, you must have rights to the database. If you do not have the necessary rights to your database, consult your database administrator to obtain them. For instructions on creating a connection refer to the section SQL Data Sources.
