To uninstall Proficy Portal, double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon in the Windows Control Panel and locate Proficy Portal in the installed programs list. When uninstalling Proficy Portal, the Proficy Portal directory is not removed. This is done to preserve files that reside on the Proficy Portal server. If you want to do a clean install subsequently, rename the old Proficy Portal directory so that old files are not modified, deleted, or overwritten.
