Select a button in either view.
The buttons to the right of the Buttons box activate based on what position the button is currently in.
Click the following buttons according to where you want the button to display in the Alarm Viewer.

Row Up |
Up one row. The button will only be active if there is a row above the one in which the button is placed. |
