Once you have assigned a name to the object and configured an event, you can view runtime data in CimView. You can also test your configured event to make sure that it is working properly.

1. Click File>Save on the CimEdit menu bar.

A Save As browser opens.

2. Open the directory in which you want to save the screen.

3. Enter a name for the screen in the File name field.

4. Click Save to save the screen.

5. Click the Test button on the CimEdit toolbar.

Result: Runtime data for the object displays. You can test any configured procedures.
