An item is included in a count if its attribute matches a configured set of criteria.

Components for attribute counts by region include:

	Attribute counts by region: PRTCNT
	Attribute counts fo region: prtcnt.cfg
	Count items: prtcnt.exe (Upgrade to from CIMPLICITY 6.0 or earlier)
