Server Requirements for WebView
The computer you use as the WebView server must meet the minimum requirements specified for a CIMPLICITY server.
Client Requirements for the Web View
In order to use WebView on a client you need to have either:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0,
or higher, or
(Stand-alone WebView screens only) Netscape Navigator/Communicator 4.06, or higher.
Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista,
Windows 2003 operating and Windows 2008 operating system.
WebView Compatibility with ActiveX Controls
WebView supports the following ActiveX Controls.

Alarm Viewer OCX
SPC
XY charts
Recipes
Note: These ActiveX
controls do not display dialog boxes or menus through WebView
because WebView cannot transmit them.
Third party controls are not supported because they may attempt to display menus or dialog boxes.
