[CtAPI]AllowLegacyConnections

The CtAPI server only accepts connections from client applications compiled against version 7.10 and above of the CtAPI client binaries. When [CtAPI]AllowLegacyConnections is set to 1, the CtAPI server will also accept connections from client applications compiled against version 7.00 and below of the CtAPI client binaries.

Allowable Values:

• 0 - disable connection
• 1 - allow connection

Default Value: 0
