Allows you to manually upgrade the projects in CitectSCADA when a new version or service pack is installed and the automatic upgrade was not successful, or you chose not to upgrade at that time.
To perform a manual upgrade, set the parameter to 1 then close and restart CitectSCADA.
This parameter will be reset to 0 (zero) once you have restarted CitectSCADA.
