This setting controls the way the <Variable
Tag> FORM displays the "Data Type" field for variable tags that
are linked to an external data source (ie:marked as
"Linked:Yes").
Allowable Values:
0 - Data Type field is editable
on the form when the tag is linked
1 - Data Type field is not
editable on the form when the tag is linked
