Determines the order of months, days, and years in CitectSCADA dates. This parameter does not control how many characters are displayed (this is done through the control panel), it merely orders the display.
Allowable Values:
0 - (order = month, day, year)
1 - (order = day, month, year)
2 - (order = year, month, day)
Default Value: The value set in the Windows Control Panel.
