Determines whether CitectSCADA will follow its default behavour and attempt to connect to all configured I/O servers on start-up.
When the AsynConnect parameter is set to 1, CitectSCADA will defer the connection attempt for each I/O Server until that I/O Server is required.
This option may be required in order to speed up the start-up process on sites which have many I/O Servers that do not yet exist.
