The period (in milliseconds) to wait to optimize a send message - before sending the message. CitectSCADA will hold back the message for this delay time, so if another message is to be sent, it can be sent in the same network packet. This parameter adds a small delay, but it can reduce network traffic significantly, and so make the total response time faster.
