[Memory]Free

Frees memory for other Windows applications when it is not being used by CitectSCADA. CitectSCADA reuses memory when it is required, but other Windows applications cannot use memory unless it is free.

Allowable Values:

• 0 - (Do not free until shutdown)
• 1 - (Free memory when not in use)

Default Value: 1
