Sets the dithering colour for graphics elements which are dithered if their values are in ControlInhibit mode.. This type of indication is active only when IgnoreValueQuality = 0 or 2.
Allowable Values:
-1 – indication off
0x000000 to 0xFFFFFF (The RGB color value in hexadecimal)
Default Value: 0x000000 (Black)
