This setting determines whether the Cancel button displays on the Startup message Box. The cancel button allows an operator to cancel the startup of CitectSCADA. (With the cancel button disabled, an operator is unable to cancel CitectSCADA as it starts up.)
When set to 0 this setting will also disable the ability for CitectSCADA Runtime Manager to cancel startup for each instance or the whole system.
If this parameter is modified while the CitectSCADA Runtime Manager is running, the changes will not take effect until all instances of CitectSCADA are restarted.
