Defines a list of IO Devices. All tags using these IO Devices will not be displayed in the Time Scheduler when creating a sequence (command group). For example:
Filters out all tags from the MEMORY_PLC and DISK_PLC IO Devices, and they will not be displayed in the list.
Allowable Values: Any IO Device name.
