When data
compaction is used to create a graphical representation of
multiple values, a calculation needs to take place to determine the
value and time stamp of the value displayed. The Process Analyst
provides the following options for this calculation:
Average -
The value will be an average of the individual samples within the
multiple sample, as will the timestamp. This is the default
calculation method.
Maximum: The
value will be the maximum value out of the individual samples
within the multiple sample. The timestamp will be that of the
individual sample that was the maximum.
Minimum: The
value will be the minimum value out of the individual samples
within the multiple sample. The timestamp will be that of the
individual sample that was the minimum.
Newest: The
value will the latest arrived value out of the individual samples
within the multiple sample. The timestamp will be that of the
individual sample that was the newest.
