Lowering the supply limit

Previous chapterNext chapter Show allShow all    Hide allHide all

As the load trend can never be exactly predicted and as there are usually deviations of the switchable loads, it is necessary to go slightly below the actual supply set value for security reasons.

This is why there is a percentaged Safety distance [%] for the supply limit during parameterization, which must be underrun before connections are triggered.

Around this limit a hysteresis can be built with the help of Activate hysteresis [%] and Deactivate hysteresis [%] . In doing so the Deactivate hysteresis [%] eliminates a part of the Safety distance [%].

attention Attention

Take care that the Deactivate hysteresis [%] is in any case smaller than the Safety distance [%]. Otherwise the system reacts too late if the agreed limit is exceeded
