Update wizards

When installing a new service pack also the wizards can be updated.

The dialog is opened on starting the Editor.

Name	All wizards which have a lower version number than the new ones, and all not yet used wizards are listed and can be selected with a checkbox.
Checkbox	On pressing the button '`Start update`' all selected wizards are updated.
Existing version
New version	The version of the wizard stored in the VBA file of the customer
Additional information	The version available in the update New: Wizard does not exist in the VBA file of the customer Changed: A new version is available No longer maintained: The existing wizard is old and will be deleted

Start update: The selected wizards are updated

Remember me again: This dialog will again open on the next start

Cancel: The wizards are not updated and this dialog will not open on the next start
