Driver-specific functions

This driver supports the following functions:

For S5
Datablocks	max 256
Datawords / DB	max 256

For S7
Datablocks	max 65536
Datawords / DB	max 65536

Time delay	220ms
Acknowledgement delay	2000ms
Datawords / DB	max 65536

If the driver for the connection to MPI via the Helmholz adapter is used, only one CPU can be accessed. Because there is no Net address in the protocol. So also in the variable definition the bus address is not supported.
