The batch filters

The batch filters are defined - as we have already seen with the other filter options - with the function Picture switch.

• In the functions administration select the function Picture switch and then the picture ARCHIVE.
• Select the archive BT – BATCH ARCHIVE.
• Now press the button Filter.

Beside the first two pages of this filter dialog, which we already know, a third page especially for the access to batch archives is available.

• Activate the option Filter on batches active.

Now this dialog offers us three possibilities to filter on certain batches.

Batch	Here you can directly enter one or more batch names. | is used as a separator. Wildcards are supported in the single batch names (* or ?).
Last closed batches	Here you can define the number of the last completely recorded batches to be displayed.
Time limits	With this setting you define, how the batches to be displayed should be handled in combination with a time filter.

• Activate the option Last closed batches and keep the number 1.
• Close the dialog with OK.
• Open the picture BB_START and add a new button with the text Batches.
