Driver dialog connecions

`New`	Creates a new connection to a server
`Delete`	Deletes the selected connection from the list
`Edit`	To edit existing connections

After clicking on "New" or "Edit", you will see a dialog for changing the connection settings:

Net address	Net address of the connection. The Net address must be specified in the variable addressing. This way, the variable is referenced to the connection to the server.
Server Name	Freely definable name of the server
Polling rate	You can define the update rate for every connection (in milliseconds)
IP address	IP address of the server to which you want connect
IP port	Port on which the connection will be established. Standard: 102
Calling AP title	Settings according to ISO 8650-1(ACSE) should not be used in standard cases.
Calling AE qualifier	Settings according to ISO 8650-1(ACSE) should not be used in standard cases.
Called AP title	Settings according to ISO 8650-1(ACSE) should not be used in standard cases.
Called AE qualifier	Settings according to ISO 8650-1(ACSE) should not be used in standard cases.
max. used URCBs	Maximum number of 'Unbuffered Reports' that will be activated.
