Select the element Text from the pulldown menu Vector elements and draw it in your picture Warning with the mouse.

In the picture the element Text now can be drawn in the desired size.

Now configure the text field in the properties window:

The "@" indicates, that the following text should be translated.

In the control system these texts are called Keywords.
