In the Project Manager select Picture new from the context menu of the Pictures.

A "Picture_0" is automatically created and can be configured in the properties window.

Change the properties as shown in the screenshot below:

Select the picture type Chronologic event list.
Enter the name CEL.
Select Main_Template as the template.
Open the picture "CEL".
Select Default from the pulldown menu Control elements.

The default elements now are automatically added to the picture CEL.
