Create a new picture AIL.
Under General/Picture type in the properties window set the type to Alarm.
Add a button AIL to the picture Button-Bar.
Link this button to a function Picture switch to the picture AIL.
Open the picture AIL and insert the control elements Default.

Now add a dynamic element Bargraph to the picture AIL.
Link the bar graph to the variable Fill level.
