Communication processor . Tested with A1SJ71C24-R2 and A1SJ71UC24-R2. The first one is for PLCs of the A1 series; the second one is for PLCs of the A2 series. The setting for the CPU type of both driver options is particularly important here.

Connection

The PLC is connected to the serial port RS232 (COM) of the PC with a serial cable. Handshake lines are not required

The pin assignment is described at the end of the documentation

When using the Ethernet interface, a standard 10BaseT cable is required

For Ethernet connections: tested with SPS MELSEC Q series and QJ71E71-100

It is important to configure the communication channels. The port address must match the one used in the driver. The control system driver uses TCP communication.
