Configuration file / Allocation file

The filename of the allocation file for the TCP connection is Conf_[Treiberbezeichnung].tcp. It contains the following sections for each configurable HW-address (xx is the HW-address):

CONN_NAME – Name of connection

REMOTE_IP – IP-Address of PLC

REMOTE_PORT – Port of PLC

Connection

Selection for serial or TCP/IP connection to PLC.

Connections

List of connections	Displays the configured connections.
New	Creates new connection
Delete	Deletes selected connection
Edit	Edits selected connection
Net address	Hardware (HW) address of connection
Connection name	Name of connection
Remote IP address	IP-Address of PLC
Remote Portaddress:	Port address of the PLC
Save	Saves the data of connection
Cancel	Cancels the editing of the connection without saving the changes
Ping	Sends Pings packet to PLC to check the connection
