The report picture

In order to display the report in the Runtime, we create a picture of the picture type "Reports".

Create a new picture named Report. Under Picture type select the entry Reports.
Select the template Main_Template.

When the picture opens in the Editor, the contents of the menu Control elements changes. These control elements are predefined dynamic elements especially designed for the operation of the report picture.

Draw the desired control elements into the picture and save it.

With the command Default in the menu Control elements you can create a standard report picture with only one mouse click. The default picture can of course be edited lateron.

Now we need a button in our button bar, with which we can open the picture "Report".

Add a new text button to the picture "BB_START" and enter the text "Report".
Create a new function Picture switch for the button and as a parameter select the picture Report.

The following dialogbox appears:

Press the button Format-file and select the file archive.xrs.
Now open the page Time.

For our example set the Time format to relative time and the time to 2 minutes.

The possible settings for the time filters are explained more detailled in the tutorial "Alarms and Chronologic Event List".

Thus the function is fully parameterized and you can close the dialogboxes with OK.
