Creating and editing functions

Create new function:

In the context menu of the entry 'Functions' in the Project Manager the following commands are available:

`Function new ...`	A new function is created and can be defined in the properties window.
`Script new`	A new Script (bundle of functions) is created.
`Export XML all...`	Export all functions to an XML file See chapter Import/Export.
`XML import...`	Import functions from an XML file. See chapter Import/Export.
`Open in new window...`	Opens the detailview of the functions in a new window.
`Profile`	See chapter Profiles.
