It the History of changes has been activated, changes are displayed in the detail view of the project manger. The frist entry ist he activation of the History of changes. If the logging is deactivated, this is the last entry.

The user who is curently logged in to
zenon. It the user administration is not used or no user is logged
in, the windows user is displayed in the History. |
Workspace |
The name of the computer where the changes
have been made. |
Module |
The Module (e.g. PFS, Archive, Report)
where the changes have been made. |
Object |
The object where the changes have been
made. |
Element |
When pictures are changed, the exact
element is listed (e.g. line_1, button_24) As name the property
"objectname" of the element is used. This is automatically
generated when creating a new picture element. |
Property |
The property of the object/element, that
has been changed. |

New value/old value |
New value: Displays the new value of the
property. Attention: Only if Property or Value has been selected in the project
properties under History of changes. If only Value change has been selected, nothing is
documented in History of changes. Old value: The value of the property before changes have been done is displayed. Attention: Only if Property or Object has been selected in the project properties under History of changes. |

The columns can be positioned individually. Filtering to certian texts is possible.
In the context menu of the History of changes the following configurations can be done:

Exports the selected entries as XML file |

Exports the selected entries as CSV file |
|
Enables an extended filtering of displayed list entries. For further details see Possibilities of filtering. |

Deactivates the extended list filter |
|
Inserts the Module name of the selected item into the list filter in the column Module. So it is easy to quickly find all entries of one module. |

Inserts the object name of the selected item into the list filter under Object. |
|
Copies the selected list entry to the Windows Clipboard. The format corresponds to a CSV file. |
|
Delets the selected entry of the History. To prevent illegal access, this function is linked to the same "funciton authorizations" that is used for "switching on/off change tracking". |

Displays the properties of the changed entry, e.g. a comment that can be changed. |
